Inspan introduces SSDs from Corsair

BANGALORE, INDIA: Inspan Infotech, IT distribution company for motherboards and hardware components announced the availability of ultra high speed SSD Cards, CSSD-F60GB2-BRKTand CSSD-F120GB2-BRKT from Corsair.

Sudhir S, managing director of Inspan Infotech, said "Power Computing and Mobile Computing are the segments are growing with a greater pace than before. While power computing demands speed with heavy storage, mobile computing demands speed, storage and power efficiency as well besides the decreased weight. These Solid State Devices from Corsair are just apt for these two segments".

Based on the SandForce SF-1200 SSD Processor, these devices deliver highest performance and density, said a press release.

These cards provide write endurance, ECC data protection, and performance and guarantees the unusually fast 4K random write performance of 180 MB/s, measured using the ATTO benchmark. This elevated 4K Write Speed generates 15K IOPs, resulting in system performance and responsiveness, the release added.

The SSD cards are priced at Rs.10,000 and Rs.18,000 respectively.
