ING bank chooses SunTec solution

NEW DELHI: SunTec Business Solutions (SunTec)and Logica have completed ING’s first phase implementation of TBMS-F, its billing and customer care solution for financial services.

The initial phase of ING’s new Operational Support and Billing (OSB) service provides rating and billing support to corporate customers of ING Bank (IBN), while the second phase would be implementing TBMS-F into PostBank, another division of ING Group.

Following that, the OSB service would be extended globally to support ING Group’s full range of financial products and services. Central to its overall business strategy, TBMS-F would ultimately drive the billing service for the whole of ING.
