HYDERABAD: Independent CRM Services firm InfoVision Group (IVG) today announced its strategy and expansion plans for the year 2006-`07.
Targeting a growth of over 100 per cent in the next year, InfoVision plans to increase current headcount to 6,000, with major hire being in the six major centers (Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad) and limited expansion in the other eight centers (Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Baroda, Kolkata, Chandigarh and Patna) on a need basis.
The Group offers CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Services. These include customer interaction centers, direct marketing, and loyalty and fulfillment programs. It has clients from diverse industries like retail, telecom, entertainment, IT, FMCG, banking and insurance and plan to foray into Pharma and Healthcare.
Today InfoVision supports more than 35 companies, many of them being Fortune 500 companies and large MNCs.

Unlike other pure-play BPO/ITES players, who focus primarily on the cost advantage, InfoVision focuses on providing Customer Centric Process Outsourcing (CPO) a blend of the BPO and CRM business.
