HYDERABAD: Infotech Enterprises Ltd, a design engineering firm, today announced that it would provide engineering design and analysis, technical publication, embedded and engineering software development services to ALSTOM Transport.
The announcement follows its signing a five-year agreement with ALSTOM, which is expected to generate a revenue of $50-55 million for Infotech. The company said in a statement that it plans to open an office in Paris to support its customers there.
Infotech has also announced its decision to set up a dedicated design centre in Bangalore.
Commenting on the agreement, Sudhir Sethi, president & executive director, Infotech, said, “The ALSTOM Transport engagement leads our entry into the French market space for engineering design services. We will shortly open an office in Paris to support our French customers. This long-term engagement is expected to generate revenues of around $ 50-55 million over five years for Infotech.”
