The company plans to add 45,000 employees globally in the fiscal year ending March 2012, and increase wages by 10 to 12 per cent for employees based in India. It plans to increase wages 1 to 2 per cent for employees overseas.
The firm, which is chasing 12 large deals, saw pricing increase 2.5 per cent in the quarter ended March, Shibulal said.
