BANGALORE, INDIA: Infosys BPO announced that it has been positioned in the Leaders category in Everest Group's Procurement Outsourcing (PO) Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix Assessment 2013 report.
The report identifies Infosys BPO as a ‘2013 PO Market Star Performer' based on the company's relative year-on-year movement and reiterates its commitment to the PO business. It also highlights the company's experience across different technology models and identifies its platform-based offerings as a key differentiator.
Some other areas that are highlighted in the report include the company's delivery capability, including strategic sourcing and category management capability and the acquisition of The Portland Group by Infosys BPO is cited as a key contributor to the company's ability to rapidly scale its strategic sourcing capability.
The report also highlights the company's market success, with over 80 percent growth in PO revenue (ACV) in 2012.
