MUMBAI: Software bluechip Infosys Technologies Ltd. said on Wednesday it has
won a contract from American International Group firm SunAmerica, Inc. to
transform its policy administration system into an Internet-based system.
SunAmerica is a financial services company specializing in retirement savings
and servicing three million Americans currently. The Infosys statement did not
give the value of the contract.
Bangalore-based Infosys, which is the second-largest software exporter,
expects to be on track to achieve a 30 per cent revenue growth this year.
Chairman Narayana Murthy said on Monday that business was gradually returning
to normal after the September 11 suicide attacks on the United States that is
its main market.
