BPM enables enterprises to measure and optimize cross-functional business processes that incorporate systems, processes and people. Primarily driven by DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, business performance measurement utilizes sophisticated algorithms and reporting environments to provide measurements at micro and macro level using balanced scorecards, efficiency metrics, workflow and focused Data Integration.

“The BPM Center of Excellence will provide a key growth element for our global expansion plans”. With the launch of this new center we are taking a proactive approach to address the needs of our clients” commented Sagar Anisingaraju, CEO of InfoSTEP Inc.

Anasingaraju expects InfoSTEP BPM practice to grow to annual revenue of $20 million within three years of operation and employee strength of 100 at the Center of Excellence.

Starting from $1million in the first year, InfoSTEP plans to invest over $5 million in next three years.

“Looking at our customer needs and analyst predictions on BPM segment, we envisage the center of excellence to be a perfect platform to scale our service offerings by harnessing top line resource pool available in India” commented Sanjeev Kumar, COO of InfoSTEP.
