BANGALORE, INDIA: InfoSpace, Inc., developer of metasearch products, today reinforced its commitment to innovation by opening a R&D center in Bangalore, India, their first such office in India.
The Bangalore office will be InfoSpace’s largest R&D center outside Bellevue, Washington, and will focus on enhancing the development and delivery of InfoSpace’s world-class consumer products and business solutions.

Located in the centre of Bangalore city, the new R&D centre offers a full range of amenities to provide work-life balance for employees while maintaining close proximity to their homes. The center is spread over 4000 sq ft, with a current headcount of 18. The center will focus on development work for a wide range of products in the areas of private label search, private label portal, DNS error services, etc. In addition to product development, the Research and Development centre will also work on the emerging technologies in the search domain.
