Informatica Cloud to support MS Dynamics CRM

BANGALORE, INDIA: Data integration software provider Informatica Corporation announced that Informatica Cloud now provides native support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

A multitenant cloud integration service, Informatica Cloud is available on Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace and Informatica Marketplace.

Using Informatica Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers can now leverage cloud integration technology to synchronize CRM data with on-premise back-office applications such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, databases, other cloud applications and social data sources.

“Integration of CRM data with backend enterprise systems helps customers derive even more value from their Microsoft Dynamics CRM investments,” said Seth Patton, senior director, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Product Marketing, Microsoft. “We are pleased that Informatica is making its cloud integration technology available natively to Microsoft Dynamics CRM customers to help them realize the value of all their data, on premises or in the cloud.”

As a multitenant cloud service, Informatica Cloud currently integrates more than 21 billion records and processes, and over four and a half million cloud data integration jobs per month for customers of all sizes.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online users can take advantage of Informatica Cloud for a broad range of data integration use cases including customer and product master data synchronization, order history integration and Opportunity-to-Order process integration.

The Informatica Cloud Data Loader is free for Microsoft CRM Dynamics customers and Informatica Cloud Express pay-per-use pricing starts at $99.
