NEW DELHI: Informatica Corporation a provider of data integration software today announced the appointment of S. Suresh as vice president and managing director of Informatica's India research and development (R&D) centre. Suresh will lead the Bangalore R&D centre as it expands to provide support to Informatica's base worldwide.
The R&D center, with more than 150 employees in Bangalore, provides customer support for the expanding Asia Pacific region and plays a growing role in the human resources and financial administration for the company.
Suresh said “As the company continues to expand in new markets world-wide, the development center will ensure that Informatica continues to provide high-quality software-development resources, no matter where our customers are located.”
“India has some of the top technical talent available in the world and one of my primary charters will be to foster innovation and blend Informatica's core values and culture into the India R&D center.” Suresh added.
