Informatica acquires Siperian

NEW YORK, USA: The US-based integration company Informatica Corporation acquired Siperian Inc., a US-based provider of master data management (MDM) software platform, on a fully diluted basis for a cash consideration of approximately $130 million.

Siperian has been backed by investments from Investor Growth Capital, Anthem Capital Management, LLC, Arrowpath Venture Partners, Blumberg Capital, Brightspark Ventures, Constellation Growth Capital, Red Rock Ventures, Reed Elsevier Ventures, Saffron Hill Ventures and Anthem Venture Partners.
