BANGALORE: InfoBahn Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. (IISPL) will unveil India’s
first online trading application at Nasscom 2000, on February 2, 2000 at the
World Trade Centre, Mumbai. The company, co-founded two years ago by Kapil

whereby the Indian investor can analyze, evaluate and trade his equity

The application, available on the Web site www.equitytrade.com,
will also offer online stock broking services. The objective of the site is to
empower the individual investor with complete freedom to trade online. The
application available on the site will enable an investor to get instant
confirmations of transactions and update his portfolio on a real time basis.

"Our product has been ready and now that SEBI has issued the guidelines
for Net Broking, we will now launch the product soon to be followed by the
services. We expect to set the technology standard for online stock broking
through this offering." says Kapil Sanghi, Managing Director, InfoBahn
Internet Services Private Limited.

"We strive to provide Indian net users innovative applications that are
instantaneously capable and effective. It is our endeavor to introduce the
Indian investor to a new way of managing his portfolio, where transparency,
confidentiality, reliability and efficiency are just a click away", added
Sanghi, explaining the strategy for designing this web application.
