Infinite launches Australian operation

BANGALORE: Infinite Computer Solutions today announced the start of its Australia operations with the launch of an office in Melbourne.

“Infinite Computer Solutions, has chosen Melbourne for its new Australian headquarters, creating up to 50 new ICT jobs in Victoria over the next 12 months,” said Tim Holding, the Victorian minister for Information and Communication Technology.

“We see a huge growth opportunity in Australia with its wealth of attributes and opportunities. Our key focus will be to tap into the services opportunity in the telecom sector and also leverage the quality work force available locally. The Australia operations will strengthen our global delivery capabilities and provide a strategic near shore presence to service our global customers,” said Upinder Zutshi, chief executive officer, Infinite Computer Solutions."

“Infinite’s Melbourne operations will play an integral role in its goal to be a US $ 300 million company by 2009-2010. Infinite’s decision to base in Melbourne is a feather in the cap of Victoria’s thriving ICT industry,” Holding said.
