NEW DELHI: Induslogic, a company focused on the outsourced product engineering space, has announced an end-to-end product management alliance with Mantas. Mantas, a product company provides enterprise-wide compliance solutions for large financial institutions.

Induslogic corporate development VP Rajul Garg said, “As a part of this alliance, Mantas will transfer its India operations to Induslogic and integrate its team with Induslogic. Induslogic has now assumed end-to-end product responsibility for Mantas- beginning from product design to architecture to development to testing to implementation at Mantas' sites, client support, etc.”

The relationship between Induslogic and Mantas is around three years old.

Earlier, Induslogic has been working with the company on various aspects of product development and as of last month, Mantas and Induslogic have got into this strategic alliance. The engineering staff that Mantas had on its payroll has now been transferred to Induslogic and with this the company's employee strength now totals close to 700.

Outlining the benefits of this alliance, Garg said, “This alliance gives us a foray into data warehousing and behavior detection technologies. We plan to build up on this capability. Induslogic currently employs a total of close to 700 people today, including the Mantas people it has absorbed. The company's current revenue is $20 million and we plan to become a leader in this space. I can't say how big is the OPD market as it is a relatively new field, but we plan to become the largest and dominant player in the OPD space by 2010.”
