Indian Health Org charges mobile payments

INDIA: Indian Health Organisation (IHO) will now enable payments collection through an m-payments platform by atom Technologies.

As it shares in a press release, IHO offers Health Plan benefits to customers on pre-hospitalization medical expenses which allow them to enjoy concession benefits on medical treatments incurred through its network of empanelled medical practitioners. IHO Health cards are issued to customer who wishes to opt for these services.

With the introduction of this payment facility through IVR, IHO’s customers will have an option to buy health plan in a hassle free and time saving manner over the phone with the help of their credit cards.  When a customer calls up IHO Helpline number and decided on a package, they will be connected to atom IVR to buy the plans of their choice.

The IVR will guide the customers to enter the card details on phone key pad to complete the transaction in a secure and automated environment. Customers can make their payments using any of Visa / Master credit cards. Customers can opt for Individual, Couple or Family memberships, renewable annually. After payments process is completed over the phone, the health cards are sent to the customer by courier.
