Imation introduces stereo headsets

NEW DELHI: Imation India Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of Imation Corp, a global developer, today announced the availability of Imation Stereo Headset PCH530 and PCH230 in the Indian markets.

It offers pristine sound quality, comfort and reliability and is ideal for call center, office and home use, said a press release. It focuses to capitalize upon growing Internet usage and Internet telephony services

A sound control switch allows users to select ideal volume level for a full, rich sound, the microphone can be adjusted for consistent positioning and the soft ear cushions provide all-day comfort, it said.

According to Sanjay Koul, business development director (India and SAARC), Imation India Pvt. Ltd., "Growing use of Internet services with more multimedia content being accessed and the ever-growing popularity of Internet telephony offers an immense opportunity for Imation headsets.”

He added that they are basically targeting Internet cafés, schools and facilities equipped with multimedia computer systems including BPO operations for the reach of their product.

The new Imation headsets are stylish, lightweight and feature a flexible cable and flexible microphone boom, that work to enhance audio quality and user experience, it added.

The Imation Stereo Headset PCH530 also features padded ear cup and adjustable earband offering a comfortable, custom fit, it added.

The headsets feature a comfortable click-stop headband design and turret, which comfortably stays in place for superior fit and consistent headset and microphone positioning.

It assures a one-year warranty and is priced at PCH530 - Rs.300 and PCH230 - Rs.150, the release added.
