PUNE, INDIA: Iluminage Beauty, Inc., a player in at-home beauty care devices, deployed the Cognizant MedVantage platform to proactively address customer feedback and better manage product quality and performance as per an announcement.

The update explains that Cognizant’s cloud-based MedVantage solution will enable Iluminage to investigate complaints from across North America more effectively and efficiently, and create reports for enhanced regulatory compliance. It will help Iluminage improve customer and stakeholder responsiveness and accelerate decision-making by enabling separate handling of safety and non-safety complaints, delivering advanced analytics and providing a consistent view of data from multiple systems delivered by powerful real-time dashboards that can be accessed from anywhere.
