Follow UsBANGALORE: Wind River Systems, a device software optimization (DSO)company has announced the general availability of Wind River Workbench 2.0, an integrated development environment (IDE) that supports the end-to-end device software development process.
Based on Eclipse, the open and widely supported development framework, Wind River Workbench is the first and only cross-platform IDE to support VxWorks, Linux and proprietary, in-house operating systems. With Wind River Workbench 2.0, companies can standardize their development process, reduce overall software costs and get their end product to market faster.
Wind River Workbench is an open, standards-based software development environment that provides:
