ICICI Securities deploys CDC CRM's solution

BANGALORE, INDIA: CDC CRM Solutions, a financial services and insurance CRM solution player, has announced the implementation of its Pivotal CRM by ICICI Securities for the management of its Sales and Lead Management requirements across various business divisions.

CDC Pivotal CRM integrates all the characteristics of CRM — flexibility, reliability, high performance and security, the company claimed in a press release. It enables customers to mould software to fit how they do business; thus cutting down on the time and cost of customizing.

ICICI Securities has extended this solution to over 3000 associates, and has gone live with the same. “Pivotal CRM offers its client organizations ready-built functionality tuned to their business while at the same time provides them with an ability to make changes that are in tune with their innovative practices,” said Vinod Ganesh Ram, chief customer officer of CDC CRM Solutions.
