ICICI OneSource gets new chief financial officer

NEW DELHI: Business Processing Outsourcing provider ICICI OneSource has appointed Rajesh Subramaniam as chief financial officer.

He replaces Rahul Basu, who moves on to head the company's collections business, ASG, headquartered out of Amherst, New York.

Subramaniam has been head, Corporate Development & Investor Relations at ICICI OneSource since its inception. He has been responsible for piloting the acquisitions of CustomerAsset and FirstRing, Pipal Research and Account Solutions Group (ASG) and RevIT Systems.

Before ICICI OneSource, Subramaniam has had stints with GIV, Ernst & Young & KPMG handling M&A and Corporate Finance.
