IBM to provide data centre support to iYogi

BANGALORE, INDIA: IBM announced that it has signed a data centre agreement with iYogi, a provider of remote tech support.

This would enable iYogi to scale its iYogi’s Global Delivery Platform for its remote tech support services across the globe.

The data center solution deployed by IBM will host iYogi’s comprehensive set of applications and tools for tech support as well as its comprehensive knowledge base. iYogi’s dynamic knowledge base grows with thousands of daily customer interactions, documenting every problem, solution and relevant hardware and software specs, while capturing each customer's demographic information and behavioral profile.
