NEW DELHI: HotDispatch, a virtual trading floor where software developers actively buy and sell expertise and intellectual property, has launched an online developer support service with IBM developerWorks, a fast, free online resource dedicated to developers focused on open industry standards.

The service will enable developers to get quick problem resolution in virtually every key area of open source technology, including Java, Linux and XML. Together, HotDispatch and IBM developerWorks will address the need for specialized, just-in-time developer expertise.

"Teaming with HotDispatch is a natural fit in our ongoing commitment to helping developers build better software," says Chris Bahr, Program Director of IBM developerWorks. "HotDispatch brings to the table a proven ability to build and support a global marketplace where developers tap into and share their software expertise. We're excited to join forces with HotDispatch to help developers get what they need to do their hobs faster, easier and better."
