IBM Daksh ranked top BPO firm

BANGALORE: IBM Daksh, the process transformation and management arm of IBM, today announced that it has been ranked as the number one BPO firm in the ‘India’s Most Respected Companies’ survey conducted by Businessworld Magazine.

The rankings are based on the poll conducted by Indian Market Research Bureau (IMRB). Senior managers across industry rated companies across seven different parameters namely: Innovativeness, quality and depth of top management, financial performance and return to shareholders, ethics and transparency, quality of products and services, people practice / talent management, and global competiveness.

Pavan Vaish, chief executive officer, IBM Daksh, said, “We are delighted to have won the Businessworld, “India’s Most Respected Companies survey. This ranking also affirms our belief that the next level of delivering value-added-services to our global customers will come from using a global delivery model using innovative tools and technologies.”

IBM Daksh presently has over 20,000 employees across 17 delivery centers spread over India and the Philippines.
