NEW DELHI: Chennai-based Ibhar Software, a CRM solution provider has launched
Revenue Performance Management (RPM) solution for the banking industry.
The solution, priced at Rs 5 lakh for the server and Rs 1.5 lakh to Rs 2 lakh
for every Direct Sales Agent (DSA), is designed at automating the customer
acquisition process in the retail segment in the banking sector. The
implementation period for the solution is 2-3 months.
Using Ibhar's solution, the sales management, both at the bank and the DSA
can effectively manage leads through its Lead Management and Outbound Tele-Sales
Management modules.
Ibhar's Web-based solution allows salespeople to record their daily sales
activity through any Internet based kiosk they may have access to, thus
overcoming the infrastructure bottlenecks in automating the sales function.
