I-flex appoints Deepak Ghaisas as CEO

BANGALORE: Bangalore based i-flex Solutions Ltd., which develops solutions
for the Internet and eCommerce, has announced the appointment of Deepak Ghaisas
as CEO of its India operations. The company has also formed a three-member
Executive Management Office, comprising its chairman Rajesh Hukku, R Ravisankar,
CEO-International Operations and Technology and Deepak Ghaisas.

In his new role, Ghaisas will oversee the India based operations of i-flex
including Human Resources, Training, Facilities and Administration. He will also
be leading all the India based joint ventures of i-flex and continue to be the
CFO of the company globally. R Ravisankar, who has taken over as
CEO-International Operations and Technology, will now spearhead the new
initiatives of the company in the Internet and eCommerce arenas and the
positioning of i-flex’s products and services for the global market.
Ravishankar will be responsible for all i-flex joint ventures outside India, as
well as all software development related activities. He will now be based in the
US.

Speaking on the realignment i-flex chairman Rajesh Hukku said, "i-flex
