HubSpot leads marketing automation software industry in customer satisfaction

CAMBRIDGE, USA: G2 Crowd, a leading source of business software reviews, released the Winter 2013 edition of its Grid for Marketing Automation.

HubSpot was rated #1 in customer satisfaction for the second consecutive time, beating out Salesforce Pardot, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce ExactTarget Marketing Cloud, and other marketing software based on over 270 reviews from actual users.

Mike Volpe, HubSpot’s CMO, said of the announcement, “We are honored and humbled that customers rated us #1 in satisfaction in this report and plan to spend 2014 focused on empowering our 10,000 customers to transform their marketing to be more inbound, lovable, and effective.”
