HP offers around-the-clock support networking customers

BANGALORE, INDIA:HP today announced a new offering which provides networking customers around-the-clock support for three years at no additional cost, ensuring they get remote support they need anytime, anywhere.

The new HP Lifetime Warranty 2.0 builds upon the company's lifetime warranty industry leadership by adding 24/7 phone support for HP FlexCampus, HP FlexBranch and small business products for up to three years-all included in the purchase price of the covered products.

"Business continuity is essential, and with Lifetime Warranty 2.0, HP is the first to add 24/7 phone support to its existing next-day hardware replacement agreement. HP is leading the industry with new enhancements for customers that are looking to contain costs and assure network uptime."

HP Lifetime Warranty 2.0 also includes next-business-day hardware replacement such as fans and power supplies, as well as technical support and free software downloads for the life of the product.
