HP opens Neoview Competency Centre in Bangalore

BANGALORE, INDIA: HP today inaugurated its first global Neoview Competency Centre here, which enables customers to choose solutions according to their business needs.

The centre would also help customers to enhance product and service delivery support, including transition, implementation and management of Neoview across the globe.

Neoview is an enterprise data warehouse that enables the company's operational business intelligence to get data quickly, which in turn improves decision making.

"The ability to access data, understand it and deliver it to the right people at the right time so they can make right decision is critical to every enterprise. The centre will help customers to address this need," HP Business Intelligence software vice president and general manager Ben Barnes said while addressing the media here.

He said that the centre would also enable customers use HP's information management tools to develop industry specific solution, solution accelerators, processes and methodologies.

Neoview launched a year ago, plays a significant role where huge amount of data is involved.

The company said it is targeting financial, telecom, retail and manufacturing segments in India to push Neoview solutions. HP has 30 professionals working in its Neoview centre.
