“HP Converged Infrastructure strategy includes storage, servers, power and cooling, networks and management software. It offers end-to-end converged solutions to enterprises and helps them to save 20-30 per cent on the cost,” said Som Satsangi, HP India’s director - Enterprise Storage Server & Networking (ESSN).

Quoting a study, Satsangi pointed out that only 32 per cent of IT projects are considered successful because new applications take 18 months for deployment.

The IT projects’ high failure rate is caused by the complexity of architecture, which means organizations need a converged architecture across systems and applications for better management and agility, he observed.
