HP intros Pocket Whiteboard

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Hewlett-Packard India has announced the launche of the new HP Whiteboard, a small and lightweight presentation tool that lets you take the functionality of a standard digital whiteboard, integrate it onto any surface, and add interactivity to any class or meeting presentation.

The HP Pocket Whiteboard features a receiver that’s compatible with virtually any surface, including standard whiteboards, flipcharts or walls.

According to a HP release, the receiver connects to a PC through a USB cable and captures strokes and taps made using a wireless stylus, facilitating access to additional software and online applications. Integrated software ties everything together, projecting interactive content onscreen and online and enabling users to record everything shared for easy distribution.

The HP Pocket Whiteboard is part of the HP Digital Learning Suite that provides new education solutions to help schools prepare students for greater achievement and success in education, internships and the global workforce.
