HP introduces Compaq Presario with finance schemes

 NEW DELHI: Hewlett-Packard India Pvt Ltd (HP) has launched the new
Compaq Presario SR 1030IL, featuring Intel Pentium 4 Processor @ 2.6 GHz, a
Turbo Linux Workstation Release 10.0 at a price of Rs 29,990.

According to the company, targeted at the individual users and the Home/SOHO
segment, Compaq Presario SR 1030IL is specially designed to increase the
productivity of the users. This is also the first time that HP has introduced
finance options on Compaq Presario range of desktops. Besides SR 1030IL, Compaq
Presario SR 6020IL priced at Rs 21,990 is also available with a finance option
of Rs 21 per day.

Speaking on the launch of the new range, HP India consumer desktops Country Category
Manager P Krishnakumar said, “Quality combined with a great value proposition
is the driving force behind our new range of Compaq Presario Consumer Desktops.
We have recently introduced new models at new price points to cater to consumers
who are looking at procuring an affordable system combining cutting edge
technology and futuristic designs.”

“The availability of attractive finance schemes on our new range has also
made Compaq Presario, the number One brand consumer PCs within the reach of all
consumers,” he further added.

The new Compaq Presario SR 1030IL combines black techno chassis, flexi ports,
etc. It also packs in a CD Writer along with JBL speakers.
