HP announces online design contest

NEW DELHI, INDIA:  HP’s recently announced HP Skyline 2020 online design contest is inviting students and professionals to submit their entries online based on designs and concepts for an iconic structure – building, tower or institution – that can change the perception of the urban skyline.

For those who envisage owning their own HP large format printers and workstations, here is a chance to use your creative bent of mind and participate as the competition is on till July 15,2010, said a press release.

The contest is being judged by renowned architects such as Christopher Charles Beninger, Patrik Schumacher, Sen Kapadia, Hirante Welandawe.

The contest is open to 4th and final year college/ university level students and practicing architects, urban designers and planners across India.

One national winner will be given during the award ceremony on Award Ceremony 12th August 2010, New Delhi, the release added.
