The 1.3-inch, 15 gram OLED monitor known as Live View can do more than just control a music player or other applications. It also provides caller ID and can pull in Twitter messages and Facebook status updates.

The touch-based remote control works with Android phones like SonyEricsson's Xperia series, as well as with the Samsung Galaxy S and the HTC Desire. The Live View is expected in stores before year's end.
