By providing dashboard views of crucial information about the patient in real time, the CRM offering will enable BLK’s medical staff to make timely and effective decisions, improving patient experience, care as well as the overall efficiency of the staff.

Naresh Kapoor, Director - BLK Super Specialty Hospital said, “This will also help us improve post-discharge engagements and manage patient feedback. This solution integrates well with our Hospital Information System (HIS), supporting us in keeping the patient profile updated real-time, for preventive care and provide patients with a seamless experience-making us future ready.”

BLK has already deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV business management software and Office 365. The current CRM deployment will provide an ideal architecture – a hybrid setup with both on-premise (NAV) and cloud solution (CRM Online).
