Hon Hai plans to list distribution unit in Taiwan

TAIPEI, TAIWAN: Taiwan electronics giant Hon Hai Precision Industry said on Monday it planned to float shares of its distribution subsidiary Cyber Digital Inc and that Taiwan would be the preferred listing venue.
