Hitachi partners with HCL

BANGALORE, INDIA: Hitachi Data Systems Corporation, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. and the only provider in Oriented Storage Solutions, today appointed leading IT service provider HCL Infosystems Ltd as gold solutions partner of Hitachi TrueNorth Channel Partner Program.

The partnership is expected to deliver the strong range of HDS storage solutions to the industry, said a press release.

It stated that the partners would help customers effectively simplify, protect and optimize their information infrastructures with select combination of the wide array of products available with HDS.

The agreement stated that Hitachi would provide HCL with demonstration equipment, training, certification, logo usage rights, market development funds, marketing support, executive briefing center access, and partner forums.
