Features: Network cable and connectivity supplier

KRONE Communications Ltd (acquired by ADC in May 2004) has announced the launch

of HighBand 25, a high-density 25 pair cross-connect solution that sets new

standards in network performance and functionality.

The Category 6 compliant Highband 25 solution is an integral part of ADC KRONEs
TrueNET solution and has been developed as a result of the increasing need for

high-density cross-connect cabling to support emerging applications such as 10

Gigabit Ethernet, voice over internet protocol (VoIP) and broadband.

Provided with color code for ease of termination, the

HighBand 25 module allows 6 four pair (Cat6) cables to be terminated. The module

also has disconnect contacts provided for, Patch by Execption (PBE) the most

cost effective, highest performing solution, and ease of administration like

record keeping, fault isolation, rectification and site security.

Combined with innovative patch cordage, superior cable management, excellent
labeling and the ever-reliable ADC Krone LSA-PLUS contact principle, Highband 25

delivers the performance needed. It also has a unique center port that acts as a

test port to provide “look both ways” testing capability without the removal

of any wire and also allows simple circuit monitoring through use of test cord.

HighBand 25 is available as individual component or in complete system,
consisting of unique wire termination blocks, cable managers, patch cords,

mounting frames, label holders and covers.
