The company claimed that the deal would strengthen its position in a multi-vendor scenario. Through the deal, the company has also managed to increase its share of the wallet with this existing client, said a press release.

In the deal Hexaware would manage all aspects of infrastructure support for this client whose footprint covers the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific regions. The company expects to deploy over 150 employees on this engagement globally.

Hexaware has been investing in its Remote IMS as a horizontal service line since 2009. A significant component of the large deal worth $ 110 mn signed last year augmented Remote IMS horizontal, the release added.

“>From the beginning of 2011, the revenue growth in Europe region has picked up and this creditable win adds to the growth momentum. This engagement provides us with a platform to strengthen our European operations further, ” said Ramanan Seshadri, senior vice president and head, Europe Operations, Hexaware Technologies Limited.
