HCL Tech sets up design center for aerospace co.

BANGALORE: HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that it is setting up a dedicated design center for product engineering services in Bangalore (India) for Hamilton Sundstrand (HS), one of the leading worldwide suppliers of advanced

aerospace and industrial products.

The company has three-year relationship with Hamilton Sundstrand having

worked on software verification and validation, mechanical engineering and

product engineering. HCL will now serve HS locations in the United States

and Europe.

Shiv Nadar, chairman & CEO, HCL Technologies, said, "We are proud of our

providing high-end solutions in cost-effective and timely manner to support

their civil aircraft programs."

The Company will dedicate an area within their facilities based at

Bangalore, to service Hamilton Sundstrand.
