HCL Tech Q4 net down 42%

NEW DELHI: HCL Technologies Ltd. has posted a net profit of Rs 57.71 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2004 as compared to Rs 101 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2003. Total income has increased from Rs 283.69 crore in the JQ-03 to Rs 343.39 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2004.

The company has posted a net profit of Rs 325.72 crore for the year ended June 30, 2004 as compared to Rs 312.47 crore for the year ended June 30, 2003. Total income has increased from Rs 979.51 crore in the FY-03 to Rs 1274.74 crore in the year ended June 30, 2004.

The Board of Directors has recommended final dividend of 200 percent for the year ended June 30, 2004.
