HCL Security names new CEO

NEW DELHI, INDIA: HCL Security Ltd, a subsidiary of HCL Infosystems, today announced the appointment of Rothin Bhattacharyya as its new chief executive officer (CEO).

Bhattacharyya a senior business leader, with over 24 years of management experience, is a thought leader in technology and services sector, said a press release.

Matching the HCL DNA, Bhattacharyya has passion for technology and has rich experience in solutions and services business with diverse experience in sales, operations and leading businesses.

He has worked with organizations such as Siemens and KPMG in his prior assignments and also has extensive business planning, facilitation, analysis, interpersonal skills with proven record of organization building capabilities.

He has strong leadership skills and has worked extensively with Government, Regulators and with cross border teams in matrix organizations. He has also been member of the “National Steering Committee on Information Technology” constituted by the Govt. of India to advise government on the development of IT in India.

Bhattacharyya said, “HCL Security Ltd provides a set of customized solutions that leverages technology to build an Integrated Security Frame work for government organizations, infrastructure projects and business organizations.”

He added that HCL brings a good knowledge knowledge in Hardware technology and over eight years of domain experience in the field of Security and Surveillance to design, deploy and support integrated state of the art solutions in this field as securing lives and property has emerged as the key concern for business and society today.
