Google is shaking the virtual platform yet again, with the coolest feature till date (at least for Potterheads). Google has tied-up with the new Harry Potter film, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, to provide us new spells and wands to control our Android smartphones.

Google announced the new feature on its blog and said, "Now anyone can try their hand at magic with a little help from Google." Just say “Ok Google” followed by “Lumos” or “Nox” to turn your flashlight on and off and you have already become a wizard (or we wish so).

'Lumos' is the command used to add a light onto wands in the wizarding world, 'Nox' to turn off the light. These spells will do the same with your smartphones also. You can also try “Silencio” to silence the ringer and notifications.

Blair Rich, president of worldwide marketing for Warner Bros., told Fast Company, “When we had Harry Potter, none of this technology existed. So to be able to creatively interpret this world through technology and allow people this very unusual kind of interaction with it is really a marketing plus.”

Google is also providing muggles a sneak peek of the Harry Potter world. You will be able to enjoy the locations by searching "fantastic beasts" in Google Maps and the view to 1926 New York and (selected) four US indoor locations from the film will be ready to be explored.

Using Daydream View virtual reality headset, which will be launched by November end, you can wave your phones to explore the magic of the wizard world. Google will also launch “Fantastic Beasts” sticker pack in the messaging app, Google Allo, where you can share your adventures with friends.

Well, this is not the first time that Google has tied-up with movies. For another iconic movie, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens", Google introduced a Jedi lightsaber game and covered many of Google's services with Star Wars icons.

Try wizardry with Android phones right away, it will give you amazing joy Potterheads!
