Coding and recruitment platform HackerRank has raised about $30 million in Series C funding round, led by JMI Equity. Existing investors including Khosla Ventures, Battery Ventures, Randstad Innovation Fund and Chartline Capital Ventures also participated in the funding round.
HackerRank will use the capital to accelerate its growth in the enterprise, expand and support its growing community of more than 3.4 million developers and advance its data science research and development.

HackerRank, founded in 2010 by Harishankaran K and Vivek Ravishankar is a platform that helps businesses evaluate software developers based on skill.
