The collaboration teams global and regional efforts to further the development within the semiconductor industry. GSA and CSIA have formed an alliance committed to the ongoing support of one another’s initiatives and activities in a variety of areas, such as exchanging industry data and research information, promoting international exhibitions and seminars, as well as assisting one another with trade delegations among their members.

“GSA has continued its focus on the Asian region and has successfully collaborated with CSIA on several initiatives and projects since 2003,” said Jodi Shelton, co-founder and executive director of GSA. “The MOU strengthens the existing relationship between the two organizations, and will undoubtedly broaden and enhance value and resources to their members.”

“Both the Asian and Chinese markets are very distinctive and have shown great potential for growth,” added Dr. Dwight W. Decker, GSA chairman of the board. “I believe this collaboration will strengthen our relationships and knowledge base within China.”
