Greg Neylan is Ovum’s new principal consultant

MELBOURNE,AUSTRALIA:Ovum, the provider of advice on the commercial impact of technology and market changes in telecoms, software and IT services, today announced the appointment of Greg Neylan as its principal consultant, policy and regulation, in its Asia-Pacific team.

Greg has previously held senior management positions in the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) and predecessor regulatory agencies at ACA and Austel, said a press relese.

Additionally Greg has held senior positions in industry being Manager Regulatory Affairs at Visionstream Pvt Ltd, during the Nextgen Networks national fibre deployment and at Optus Mobiles Pvt Ltd as project manager responsible for Optus/Vodafone 3G joint venture.
