GreatCall contract renewed

VICTOR, US: Info Directions, Inc., developer of billing, rating, order management, workflow and selling solutions for the telecommunications industry, announced that San Diego, Calif.-based GreatCall, Inc. has renewed its contract and completed its latest upgrade to the company’s billing and operations solution, CostGuard.

GreatCall has been an Info Directions client since 2007, when it selected the CostGuard B/OSS and hosted services solution. A press release adds that since its initial implementation GreatCall has experienced significant growth, both in subscriber numbers and in the variety of services it offers. Info Directions’ CostGuard B/OSS solution has supported the organization’s numerous product and service launches over the years, including migrating to one of the nation's largest and most dependable wireless networks and introducing a number of health-related applications and services.
