JOB PROFILE:

These officers shall be working as “Director-RSETI/Counselor-FLCs” and have to oversee the overall functioning of RSETI/FLC.

 Age - 65 years

Qualification Essential:

(i) Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a UGC recognized University.

Desirable:

Officers with rural development background i.e. Agriculture Finance Officer / Rural Development Officer / Agriculture Officers converted to Mainstream of banking / Lead District Managers and Faculty leaders / Faculty members of Training Centers / Colleges with specialization in Rural Development etc. shall be preferred.

Experience / Other eligibility criteria

(i) Candidate should have retired on VRS or on attaining superannuation with minimum 20 years of service of which at least 15 years in Officer Cadre.

(ii) He should have worked as Branch Manager in any scale in a rural branch for at least 3 years OR as AFO (Agriculture Finance Officer) in a Rural Branch for a period of 3 years.

(iii) He should have an unblemished record and possess satisfactory service certificate from the previous employer.

(iv) Should be well conversant with the local language.

(v) Should have retired from Scale-III or above for RSETIs

(vi) Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district.

Eligibility

1. The applicant should possess an MBBS degree of any university recognized by the Medical Council of India in the Allopathic system of medicine.

2. The applicant should have a minimum of two (02) years of experience in practising medicine in any hospital or clinic as a Medical Practitioner.

3. The applicant should have his/her dispensary or place of residence within a radius of 10-15 kms from the Bank’s dispensaries as mentioned in the table below.

Selection Procedure

The Bank will be interviewing the shortlisted candidates. The Bank reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards to limit the number of candidates to be called for interview. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final. Mere fulfilling of the eligibility criteria does not entitle the candidate to be called for Interview. Apart from those who may be called for interview, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence with the applicants who are not found eligible / not considered eligible for interviews.

Applicants shortlisted after the interview will be subjected to the medical examination and other document verification process before engagement as Bank’s Medical Consultant. Cost of these medical tests will have to be borne by the applicant/s.
