BANGALORE, INDIA: This is gotta be one 'hell' of a spoof. A LinkedIn job posting that appeared on Monday shocked people out of their wits as it was for nothing other than Papacy of the Catholic Church.

Assuring great luxuries and 'fringe benefits' like a competitive salary, great travel opportunities, a private jet (!!), PopeMobile and an annual pass to the Sistine Chapel, the post by a miscreant demanded people to be ready to work on Sundays as well.

It said it is desired among several virtues that ideal candidates be celibate and a frequent flyer, apart from good problem-solving skills and the ability to turn the other cheek (!!), while not being a woman.

Pushing it too far, the tongue-firmly-in-cheek job listing even listed out a mail ID (papalheadhunter@gmail.com) to which it invited interested candidates to forward their applications.

It did generate interest despite being an obvious spoof and reports suggested about 30 people really applied for the post. Later, it was taken down by LinkedIn, it is learnt.
