Goose launches new Corporate governance solution

HYDERABAD, INDIA: Goose Technologies, a software product and business solution company that focuses on corporate performance, compliance and risk management solutions today announced the availability of its new Clause 49 compliance solution.

The new solution is designed for the industry to manage and achieve the regulatory and corporate governance requirements, said a press release.

Goose also announced Persistent Systems as a live user of Goose’s flagship product Procon.

The new compliance application will be part of Goose’s existing compliance solution offerings, the release added.

It will assist corporates to swiftly implement the latest and most up-to-date directives of Clause 49 as well as implementing an enterprise-wide Risk Management framework.
